Terms

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Candle is a small, independent project based in Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at candle.birthday.help@gmail.com. By making or opening a page, you agree to these terms.

What you get

A birthday page at its own private link, in the design you choose, for free. It stays online for 400 days after you create it and is then deleted automatically.

Changing your page

Your manage link lets you change anything on your page, or delete it, for as long as it’s online.

What you can’t put on a page

You’re responsible for what you write. A page must not:

• Harass, threaten, or humiliate anyone
• Contain sexual, hateful, or illegal content
• Pretend to be someone else, or try to collect anyone’s personal information

We may remove a page that breaks these rules. Anyone can report a page using the link at the bottom of it, or by emailing us.

Keeping pages online

We work to keep every page online, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. Sound and the microphone depend on the visitor’s device and browser.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
